Here are some of the activities and attractions available to you right outside your door:

Surfing — Oceanside, Carlsbad, and San Clemente are a surfer’s paradise. Right in front of our condo is the most consistent and convenient surfing you'll find anywhere. Check the photos on this page for what to expect. All photos are taken right in front of the condo, from our deck, or from the beach across the street from this condo. This is a very hot surf spot, and a fun place for beach-goers of all ages.

Golfing — neighboring Carlsbad is home to Calloway, Cobra, Titlelist, Aldila, and Ashworth. Do you think there might be some golf course around? Oceanside Municipal, Twin Oaks, Encinitas Ranch, Aviara, La Costa, Doubletree Resort, Torrey Pines, Moutain View, The Vineyard, Carmel Moutain Ranch, Eagle Crest, Emerald Isle ... these are just some of the golf courses within 15-45 minutes of the condo. Bicycling — You can ride for miles. An easy option is to just hop right on your bike on South Pacific Street, going north you’ll cruise by the pier and down to the Oceanside Harbor. Circle around and head back, past the condo and south where you can stop for a snack and a cold drink at Buchanneer Beach Snack Bar. Camp Pendleton also offers numerous biking trails that are completely closed off to automobile traffic as well as other trails for biking enthusiasts.

Fishing — Half day or full day boats depart out of Oceanside Harbor daily. Helgren’s Sportfishing can accommodate you by calling 760.722.2133.

Diving — Scuba diving can be arranged through a number of certified scuba shops throughout San Diego County or by calling Oceanside School of Scuba at 760-722-7826.
